Runs Itself

Your small business runs itself.

We set up AI inside the apps you already pay for. The quotes, invoices and follow-ups get done after you knock off.

Book a call

Hand over the admin you do at night.

If the paperwork follows you home, we find the jobs that repeat. Then we set up an assistant to do them by your rules.

Quotes

Typed up on Sunday night. Chased when you remember.

Drafted from your notes and price list. Followed up on the schedule you set.

Invoices

Raised days after the job. Late payers left alone.

Raised when the job closes. Reminders go out on the schedule you set.

Enquiries

Answered between jobs, or the next morning.

A reply drafted in your words, with the details logged.

Job sheets and rosters

Group texts and a whiteboard.

Sent to each person the night before, from the one job list.

Bookkeeping entry

A shoebox of receipts for the end of the quarter.

Bills read and matched, ready for you to approve.

Social posts

Written when there's a spare hour.

Drafted from your job photos. You approve each one before it posts.

These are examples. What we set up for you depends on your apps and on what you approve.

Enter a job once. It turns up where it's needed.

We start with the apps you already have and join them up. If something extra is needed, you decide first.

  1. Job booked

    In your job software

  2. Quote sent

    From your email

  3. Job sheet out

To the team, from the shared folder

  4. Invoice raised

    In your accounts

  5. Payment matched

    Ready for you to approve

Your apps stay

We check each one first. Xero and Microsoft 365 are two we know well. For any other app, we tell you before work starts whether it can connect.

Desk and phone

Set up on your computer and your phone, where your apps allow it.

You approve what matters

Steps that spend money or contact a customer can wait for your OK.

How a job runs.

You know the scope and the price, in writing, before any work starts.

  1. Find the hours

A call of about an hour. You walk us through a normal week and we list where the time goes.

  2. Agree the scope

A written list of what gets set up, and a written price for it.

  3. Set it up

We connect your apps and build the assistant inside your own accounts.

  4. Train you and your team

One-hour sessions, using your own jobs.

  5. Hand it over

Written procedures for what we set up: how it works, how to change it, what to check if it stops. Ongoing help is there if you want it.

Small business only.

A good fit

  • You have between 1 and 20 people
  • The owner still does some of the admin
  • You pay for a few apps that don't talk to each other
  • You're in Australia

Not for you

  • You have an IT department
  • You want custom software built from scratch
  • You want a chatbot and nothing else

It's yours when we leave.

Your accounts

The set-up is built inside logins you own. At handover we agree which access we hand back and whether any stays for support.

Your records

Your customer list and your books stay in your own accounts. The written scope lists what each connected service can read.

Written procedures

In plain English: how each part works, how to change it, and what to check if it stops.

Questions owners ask.

Do I have to change my software?

We start with what you have. If one of your apps can't connect to anything, we tell you before work starts and you decide what to do about it.

Is my business data safe?

The set-up lives inside your own accounts. We show you which services it uses and what each one can read. AI services process what they are given to do the job, and the written scope names them.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

It can. So steps that spend money or go to a customer can be set to wait for your approval. You see it first, then it sends.

Will this replace my staff?

It takes typing and chasing off their list. What you do with the time is up to you.

What does it cost?

A price agreed in writing before work starts. It depends on how many apps you have and what you want handed over.

I'm not good with computers. Is that a problem?

Training uses your own jobs and goes at your pace. The written procedures are there afterwards.

Book a call.

Tell us how a normal week runs. We'll tell you which jobs look suited to automation and which don't.

  • About an hour, on your own business
  • A written scope and a written price before any work starts
  • Nothing starts until you agree to it
